FROM START TO FINISH, WE’VE GOT YOU (AND YOUR HOUSE) COVERED
Free Estimate
The first step is to schedule a free on-site evaluation where we survey the roof and surrounding areas to determine the issues affecting your roof and your home. Once we have completed this in-depth and comprehensive evaluation we provide you with a detailed estimate and explain the best next steps.
Pre-Installation
Once all the required required paperwork is signed, we will schedule an installation date that works for you. We then acquire all permits needed. Our owner will contact you before the install and when supplies will arrive. As the project begins, the owner will address all questions and go over the scope of work for the project in detail.
Existing Roof Removal
As the project begins, we will make sure the area is safe and protect the rest of your home in order to ensure nothing is damaged during the project. Our team will then remove all existing roofing materials and dispose of them.
*What sets us apart is that we remove trash every day during the project so you never have a dumpster sitting in your driveway or lawn.
Roofing Installation
The most important part of the roofing process. We take serious pride in using the finest materials and the highest-quality workmanship that you’ll find. Our team is full insured and has years of experience that go unmatched in the roofing industry today. We install all shingles, flashings and gutters to the best practice standards in the roofing industry.
Cleaning
Even with daily cleaning, as the job finishes, we do a final cleaning and inspect the entire area for any stray materials and promptly remove them. We provide all finishing touches at this point to ensure the project is done right and to your standards.
Post-Installation
Once the project is complete, we do a final walk-through with you to show you the work completed, ensure you are completely satisfied and discuss warranties. We also give tips on how to take care of your new roof to get the most out of it. At this stage, we only are concerned with your happiness.
